Jodi covered everything we needed to know in the marketplace. Arranged all the inspections and got multiple estimates for any repairs needed. Worked with the seller's agent to get answers for all of our questions. Gave us contacts for all the utilities and the HOA. Was a very hands-on interaction. Would highly recommend her to any buyers or sellers. Smoothest and easiest home transaction we have ever experienced.
Jodi was truly fantastic! Not only because she truly came along side us, listened to what was important to us, guided us through every step of the way, and really just handled everything…but also because of her knowledge about homes in general. From knowing what paint colors were, to electrical, to things to pay attention to in the home inspection. She is a Jack of all trades and we couldn’t be more thankful for her in this process. She was even with us during signing to help answer any questions we may have about what we were signing.
