They sold our house in 9~ days when the average market was taking about double that. They knew exactly what to do to get the house to sell, the angle to take, and they actually quoted us about 20k higher and without concessions than a competing realtor. And they were RIGHT. Such an excellent realtor and her team was sooo professional and organized. Made the process very easy and clear. Would choose them EVERY time.
