During the transaction, she advised me on my contingent offer (which was accepted without negotiation), led the communication with my team in SF on the sell side, the 1031 company and our team in LA for the purchase. When the buyer in SF was not performing, Jodi helped move THAT situation along as well! Then in the final moments of the purchase, we hit another snag, this time with the 1031 company, which Jodi also single-handedly resolved. Jodi also served as my agent to rent the unit; this process was likewise seamless and ended in a wonderful result. I have a beautiful townhome that I love, which is rented to a fantastic tenant.
