When we first started having thoughts about eventually relocating, we were referred to Jodi as a good resource to get an understanding of the market and to provide feedback around potential improvements we could make to our house to help increase its value once the time came to sell. Jodi is smart, friendly, and easy to work with. But, make no mistake, when things get complicated, she handles the business. We relocated out of state, which means we had one million things to manage. But, in terms of the sale of our home, she had us covered. When we said we were ready to roll, Jodi took over. She recommended professionals to help us get the house ready and we hired them. She put together a whole schedule through sale. We gave her the thumbs up, then we moved our family to Texas! And Jodi took. it. from. there. Her team ensured the house was painted, staged, cleaned and few items were handled by a handyman. She scheduled three days of showings, which resulted in 20 offers with 19 over asking price. Our final sale price ended up almost $200,000 over asking and we even exceeded our "dream" price. We were over the moon and then escrow was a nightmare! The buyers' lender could not seem to get their act together. Jodi was strong, smart, strategic (and ethical) the whole way through. We were so stressed that we were going to have to start the process over, which would have devastated us given that we were in escrow in Texas with our new dream house. Jodi pulled out all the stops. She gave us great advice, was a sounding board, and made calls day after day to ensure that we closed. Unfortunately for us, our deal ended up being outside the norm. Jodi is an amazing realtor, a consummate professional, and a delight of a human being. She’s organized, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Over the course of a year, in the midst of the craziest real estate market in decades, esp. in Los Angeles, she helped us buy a new home and sell our old one.
