Jodi is an amazing negotiator; I'd say that was her strongest skill for us - and our most needed. She fought hard to get us the best deal possible, both in the initial negotiations and after our inspection turned up several things that needed to be fixed before closing. Our property is in the Chapel Hill area but we live in another state. It was particularly important for us to work with an agent who uses the Web effectively for marketing and who uses email, text, phone, and electronic documents to keep in touch throughout the process. Jodi emailed an excellent presentation packet when I first contacted her, a big factor in our choosing her over the other three agents I approached.
