Jodeen went above and beyond her normal duties when she helped me find a rental unit. She showed me multiple properties and was able to find me a very suitable condo that was perfect for my liking. She even was able to negotiate and talk them down in price. She was great about providing me a property condition report and educated me on many small little things that are very useful tips for when a renter moves in to a new place.
