Who knew - Jocasa did!

Four years out from retirement we were just looking. We already owned a condo for 14 years and knew we wanted North Myrtle. Jocasa showed us options east of 17, but all were complete guts! She said let’s just look at Dell Webb, what do we have to lose. I didn’t think we would find our forever home in just a mere four hours, but we did! Walking in we knew! Jocasa saw us through everything, gave us guidance on the little things like get an inspection even though it was a new build. We can’t say enough about how great a realtor Jocasa is!
