Our home sold in less than a week. We did not have any issues and the process went smoothly. Jocasa helped us with an asking price that was competitive and would generate interest. We sold to the first person who saw the house and it was a full price offer. Very pleased with everything she did to help with our sale.

Jocasa was always willing to meet us at the home we were looking to purchase. She is very knowledgeable about the entire real estate process.

Jocasa worked so hard to get our house sold. She is extremely easy to work with and a great communicator. She definitely talked me off the ledge a few times!! I highly recommend Jocasa.

Jocasa was very knowledgeable of the area, listened to our needs, extremely professional, supportive and always available to us! It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend her!!

Joe casa was a super attentive agent who went above and beyond to make buying my new condo easy. And when things went wrong with my house that I was selling in another state she went all in and helped me keep that deal together as well. I would use her in a heartbeat again.

Jo has outstanding knowledge of the real estate in the Myrtle Beach area. She was patient and helpful throughout the entire process of buying our house in the area. I would definitely recommend her.

Very helpful in finding a location and home that fit our needs.

Jocasa was invaluable during the process of purchasing my home. She respected my time as we only visited developments that met my criteria and provided wonderful advice and insights during the negotiation process. I would highly recommend using Jocasa Relf as your agent for either purchase or sales transactions.

Four years out from retirement we were just looking. We already owned a condo for 14 years and knew we wanted North Myrtle. Jocasa showed us options east of 17, but all were complete guts! She said let’s just look at Dell Webb, what do we have to lose. I didn’t think we would find our forever home in just a mere four hours, but we did! Walking in we knew! Jocasa saw us through everything, gave us guidance on the little things like get an inspection even though it was a new build. We can’t say enough about how great a realtor Jocasa is! Enough to call her family now! Thanks for everything Jo! We love our forever home!

I have known Jocasa for decades and it’s been exciting to see this new chapter! She’s knowledgeable and dedicated and is so helpful walking you through the process of all the paperwork whether it was for the sale of my condo or the purchase of my new home!

Jocasa was a pleasure to work with. She was friendly, attentive, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the process where we were totally lost. She took care of every detail and went above and beyond.

Upon meeting my Real Estate agent (Jocasa Relf) through a mutual friend she introduced herself and she listened intently of my needs and tolerated my wants in my new house in the area. Within days, she presented me with a list of houses that addressed all of the boxes that I was looking for. At no time did she waste hers or my time by presenting houses that didnt satisfy my requirements. A quick afternoon was spent looking at a few properties, and a quick decision was made. Through the experience of a excelent Real Estate agent, my decision was an easy one. During the entire transaction, I knew that she was looking out for my best interest from our initial contact until the day I signed the papers and closed on my new home. No time was wasted on looking at properties that I didnt qualify for or houses that I would be happy with. This is a further testament that Ms. Jocasa Relf listened and understood what I was looking for in my new home and found the perfect answer.
