He was also able to provide us with a loan officer who was amazing to work with. You can tell he has taken his time to curate and create a strong professional network. We were able to close in 3 short weeks. What started as a "we aren't sure when we want to buy" to buying in a short amount of time, we can say it is because of Joao and the trust and guidance we put in him. We are forever grateful, and we know he is always a call or text away, even after purchasing our home.
