We met Joao on a whim as the Zillow agent for a house. We were not fully in the market yet but with Joao he understood where we were and met us there. He would not pressure us, make us feel as though we needed to buy quick or anything of the sort. His easy-going nature made it easy for us to share our likes and dislikes, and he was able to curate and make a list perfect for us to find our first family home. He wouldn't mind driving all over Northern Virginia to help us find the perfect location. Once we found our forever home, he was quick to jump on the phone with the other agent, negotiate, fight, and work as hard as he could to get the best deal for us. He has every connection you need. He was also able to provide us with a loan officer who was amazing to work with. You can tell he has taken his time to curate and create a strong professional network. We were able to close in 3 short weeks. What started as a "we aren't sure when we want to buy" to buying in a short amount of time, we can say it is because of Joao and the trust and guidance we put in him. We are forever grateful, and we know he is always a call or text away, even after purchasing our home.

Joao is the gold standard of agents and you need him on you side. Not only is he a great communicator but always put my family needs first.
