We first were looking at homes in 2018 but tabled that til this year when we really needed more space. Joanne came through for us and even if a very tight market, got us under contract on a fabulous home before it even hit the market! We chose her because if her extensive knowledge about all of the programs offered to us, many things we didn’t even know existed. She is the reason we have a house today. She was able to find us an amazing home for our family that was somehow in our budget and all is projected to gain equity over the next few years we will be living in Colorado. Besides being amazing through the home buying process she has still been very available for every question we’ve had after. With every piece of mail I don’t understand and every financial question. She responds so quickly and accurately. She has made this whole process so much less stressful. Also fun fact, she’s a bee ?? keeper on the side and randomly brought us some fresh honey a few months after closing. We will be using her again in the future no questions asked.
