She called/met with contractors for quotes, arranged repairs with her team, etc. When I would call/text to ask her to do something, it was already done or coordinated. She is on it!! Joanne took on a difficult home to sell. Pretty much a train wreck maintenance wise but had ‘good bones’. She worked with the brothers of the house owner who was unable to participate in the sale process. Brothers were remote. Working collaboratively, strategy was a 4 step approach 1. Basic Landscaping to clear overgrowth, cut/trim trees, trim, mulch 2. Totally liquidate Estate - leave house totally empty 3. Professionally deep clean interior - top to bottom - all surfaces 4. Prep for sale, advertise, price strategically I, David Phillion, had a close working relationship with Joanne and we worked together to generate a successful outcome. Joanne has very good communication skills which helped to overcome the distance issue.

I’ve now worked with Joanne twice. Once for selling and now for buying 3 years later. Joanne was very patient with my buying process which spanned about 2 years and multiple cities and counties. Joanne develops a sense for what you’re looking for so there’s no time wasted. I ended up with a condo that I love and I remember when we left after seeing it she had said she felt I found the one and she was right! Joanne was wonderful to work with and made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. I found her to be an excellent communicator, quick to respond to texts/emails and very kind and likable person. When looking at homes she was very knowledgeable, able to point out finer details that I might have missed, but still gave me space to figure out what I liked. She had good advice on offers and negotiations. The closing process can be quite overwhelming ,with all of the paperwork to read and sign, but she gave me confidence that I wasn't overlooking anything. Finally, will she is quite experienced, and has sold/bought many homes, she seems as invested and excited about your home purchase as if it were first. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend her!
