Joanne took on a difficult home to sell. Pretty much a train wreck maintenance wise but had ‘good bones’. She worked with the brothers of the house owner who was unable to participate in the sale process. Brothers were remote. Working collaboratively, strategy was a 4 step approach 1. Basic Landscaping to clear overgrowth, cut/trim trees, trim, mulch 2. Totally liquidate Estate - leave house totally empty 3. Professionally deep clean interior - top to bottom - all surfaces 4. Prep for sale, advertise, price strategically I, David Phillion, had a close working relationship with Joanne and we worked together to generate a successful outcome. Joanne has very good communication skills which helped to overcome the distance issue.
