But working with Joanne Mendoza? Honestly, it felt like cheating the system. What stood out most was how human she is. No jargon overload, no pressure, just smart advice and a lot of patience. She explains everything, keeps you in the loop, and somehow manages to make this whole exhausting process feel kind of... fun? Is that even legal? If you're looking for a realtor who’s sharp, supportive, and will actually make you enjoy the chaos of buying and selling a house - Joanne’s the one.
