We met JoAnne as my husband and I were looking at a model home in a popular growing development. Joanne was there doing her homework, checking out the development and the homes offered. As we were in the models at the same time, we could hear her as she and her friend were pointing out things to each other, things I hadn’t notice, things only a trained eye would notice. I would hear them talking, and realized how correct their opinions were. As we started chatting, I asked Joanne for her card. When we decided to make an offer, Joanne was in Chicago at a wedding. She worked from there in-between the service and reception getting an offer to the other realtor.
