Buying/selling a home can be very stressful, especially with the current market conditions that exist in this area (Titusville, Port St John, Cocoa FL). As a buyer, relocating into this area, I had a list of specific needs and no knowledge of the area, which made it even more challenging. You can't go into this process without being willing to make some concessions. And you don't want to go into the market without someone like Joanne as a partner. She communicates well, is extremely diligent and worked very hard to find a the right home. Joanne shared her knowledge and provided sound guidance and support throughout the entire process. Once a contract was accepted, she remained tenacious in assisting and making sure that I did everything I had to do in a timely manner. Joanne also followed up with the other entities involved in the process, the mortgage company, the title company. Don't kid yourself, there is a lot to buying/selling a home. Don't sell yourself short, call Joanne! I'm glad I did, I am completely satisfied with not only the home, but the entire process.

Joanne was both personable and professional. She listened and was very sensitive to what we wanted; but I really trusted her expertise as an agent, and her knowledge of the market. She was always very quick to answer or return phone calls. We will continue to use her as an agent.

Joanne is The best realtor we have ever worked with and we've bought three houses with different realtors each time. She was very helpful and was very quick to respond to us be it through phone call or text, she is very personable and really looks out for your best interest. We really enjoyed working with her she was wonderful and we will use her again in the future. We have referred severe families to her.

Let me tell you. Joanne Cereghino was God sent to our family. We are so lucky to have met her. Since day one she was on top of everything, I mean from answering our calls, emails and text messages immediately to scheduling the next showing in no time. One thing that we appreciated the most was the fact that she wasn't going after the most expensive property our budget could buy but rather she was looking for the perfect home for our family and she found it.
