Joanne was amazing. She made buying a house seem like the easiest thing ever. She immediately found us our dream house and then made the rest happen within a couple of weeks. During the negotiation process she was totally honest, told us what we should ask for, what demands would offend the seller, what repairs we should take on ourselves, what we were entitled to, etc. Couldn't be happier with our house and with Joanne.
