Joanne was recommended by a friend that used her as their realtor. We got with her just 24 hours before we arrived to look at homes. She had every thing planned and ready for us to go look around. We bought a home that day. We were from AZ. and Joanne took care of everything from that point on. Everything was done by email and she closed for us. Was a very nice experience.
