Joanna listened to what we wanted and went out and found it for us. Her experience and professionalism is second to none. She is very detail oriented and asked the questions that were crucial to finding the right property. She was there for us with any questions, big or small and dealt with them immediately. There was no delays in her communication, and her truthfulness about things was refreshing. She didn't tell us what she thought we wanted to hear, she told us the truth and how it really was. I would have no second thoughts about using Joanna again and would refer her to as many people as I could. Joanna is truly amazing. Can't really say much more than it was perfect from beginning to end. Think I've said it all. Joanna is awesome.
