Joanna organized and scheduled all those who needed to do inspections in a timely and orderly fashion. She helped follow up on the suggestions that were made. She was always and promptly available when a question came up. She also helped us navigate the timing of the sale and instructed us on how to ready our home. Therefore there was no guessing on our part what needed to be done and when. She also supplied us with references of people we could use to complete the moving process.
Joanna was very professional and knowledgeable about her job. Her suggestions to get the house ready to sell were very helpful and proved to be beneficial to facilitate the quick and efficient sale. She also helped schedule the inspections and be present to make sure everything was going well. She was very compassionate towards us as this was my deceased father's home. She stayed in contact almost every day and always asked if there was anything she could do to help us. If there was, she always offered to get it done. I truly enjoyed working with her as she is just a wonderful, caring person first and foremost. I will highly recommend Joanna Nowinski to anyone who needs a real estate agent. We won the lottery of Realtor recommendations when another Realtor we wanted to hire recommended Joanna Nowinski to be our Realtor because he was on extended vacation. She is tops in her field. Buying and selling a house was so stressful, but Joanna made the buying part easier because she was always there for us whether showing houses to us at a drop of a notice, answering texts, calls, or emails...she was so accessible. Her professionalism and experience was always evident and she always conveyed that she appreciated our business.
