Joanna is an AMAZING realtor. My experience with her was absolutely fantastic. She truly took the time to get to know me and what I was interested in/looking for. While we were house hunting, she was very patient and worked with me for over a year and half until I found what I wanted. She was great at sharing ideas and suggestions, but wasn't pushy about it and still went with whatever my preference was. She was also amazing at patiently taking her time to explain to me anything I didn't understand and helped me step by step in the process. When I found the house I wanted, she was excellent with communicating to all parties involved and responding to my texts, calls, and emails very promptly. I truly appreciated how available she made herself for me to help me with each and every step. She was also incredible at standing up for my rights and fighting for things I should get. When we did my final walk through before closing she helped me thoroughly check the house and found a few things we wanted to address and she and my lawyer helped me get all the credits I deserved. AND... even after closing, she voluntarily helped me as I settled in in making sure I got a few big tasks accomplished in my new house. She goes above and beyond in all she does and always gives her best! I recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Joanna swooped into our life when it was as crazy as could be and came through! She worked endlessly to turn our apartment around and put it on the market in less than a week, getting us an accepted offer in less than two. We were not available to do very much, and Joanna had our backs, and always with a smile on her face. We just sold our 3 family house in Gowanus Brooklyn through Joanna and we would HIGHLY recommend her. We found her info after researching brokers with great reviews online and from start to finish she was a clear communicator and worked her butt off to get our house on the market and sold for the best price. Because we decided to put our house on the market at not the most ideal time (June), Joanna had to move like lightening and help us juggle alot of repairs, photography, broker and buyer open houses and multiple showings within a tight timeframe. Also because we live outside the city and had to manage final tenants leaving etc., Joanna was always available to get things done when we couldn't be there in person. Even once we got the closing date and couldn't manage a final rubbish removal due to my husband's surgery she offered to coordinate it all so that the final closing could go through without a hitch. She is a true professional and does whatever it takes to get your place sold.
