Beyond 5 Stars! I closed the sale of my Park Slope coop at above asking price today! Just like you, I had googled tons of reviews to best select an agent. As a first-time seller, I was very apprehensive about this whole unknown process before me. I met a few brokers but Joanna stood out as she saw the value of my pre-war apartment unlike the rest who advised renovations. Professional, knowledgeable, extremely down to earth, and as one of the most genuine individuals I’ve ever known, Joanna held my hands patiently from day 1. Joanna was recommended by our neighbors and we were so glad to have found her.
