JoAnn Young

The first thing she did was help to list the property at the correct price. She kept us up to date all through our listing period. When we got our selling offer she helped discuss the offer and reach our eventual final sale. So professional and friendly throughout the whole process.

Joanne is one of the best Realtors in Brevard. We have worked together multiple times and her professional experience is incredible. She is detailed, keeps you informed every step of the way, assists in difficult situations and is always available. She’s very supportive and kind one of the best. I highly recommend her for your agent.

Jo Ann is an awesome agent. We’re so glad to work with her. She is very helpful with good advice and conscientious to get things done. She was quick to respond to our questions, and we had a lot of them. Buying an unimproved lot is different from buying a house, and Jo Ann was detailed and thorough making sure we understood what we were doing. Her experience with this process far exceeds other real estate agents we have dealt with. She made us feel like we were the only people she was working with even though we knew she had many other deals going on. We highly recommend Jo Ann.

We were blessed to have the great talent and experience of Ms. JoAnn helping us with purchasing our property. We have been looking for years and finally we found the right spot and we were pleased to have her help. We would recommend her a million times over because of her excellent work ethic and interest in helping my family and I in our realestate pursuits.

We had a great experience working with Joann and the property sold fast and for the price we were looking for. She was easy to work with and very professional. Hope we have another opportunity to work together in the near future.

Working with JoAnn was a fantastic experience. She's clear and concise in her workflow.... and she is responsive! She put in our offer late in the evening, within an hour of it being posted for sale, and we were in escrow the next day. Even after the transaction was complete, JoAnn has continued to be a wonderful resource.
