This is the second house & property that we purchased while working with Jo Ann, and she has been nothing but the best during both experiences. She is thorough, caring, an excellent communicator (written and phone calls/texts), and is a strong & faithful advocate for our desires, needs, and negotiations during the viewing, offer, and closing process. Jo Ann also had our back during communications with the selling/listing agent and kept us informed, updated, and advised during the quick processing, allowing us to close on the gem of a find in just 3 weeks. Cannot recommend strongly enough or encourage you highly enough to work with Jo Ann. She is the best in the business in Carroll County & Maryland!

When we first met with JoAnn we had already moved into our new home and needed to sell our old house. It was full of furniture and 35 yrs of accumulated life stuff. I was embarrassed by all our junk but she assured us this was normal and when asked for suggestions she offered several. She sat with us to find out exactly what we wanted from our sale (quick and as is versus doing some work for higher selling price etc) Then she allowed us the time to complete our set of tasks to make our house perfect for market. Once it was on the market she kept us updated as potential buyers viewed the house. She was always prompt in answering our calls and questions be it in the evening or weekends. Once we had a contract she again worked hard in making sure we understood everything. Overall her knowledge, her professionalism , her availability, and her respectful manner made this tense crazy experience of packing up 35 years of life stuff easier and much more manageable. I would refer any of my friends to her in a heartbeat!

Joann is the most amazing realtor ever. She's goes above and beyond and makes sure each step is easy while also making sure your working with the best other companies. Her service doesn't end at close and she's willing to reccomend companies even years later. I thought buying my first home was easy, but buying my second and forever home was easier with even more security and knowledge in my purchase. I'm so happy we picked her. Jo Ann was an outstanding support throughout the sales process. She provided excellent advice when the house was first listed, she gently guided me during the multiple showings, and using her extensive experience, she finalized the sale through the multiple negotiations until closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying, or selling, a property.
