JoJo went over and beyond to help me find, purchase, and close on my home on short notice. My home sold quickly and I wanted to relocate from out of state to Ashtabula Ohio. She understood the timeline and made herself available. JoJo looked at houses with me via detailed video, quickly got answers to questions regarding the properties, had a list of professional contractors for me to contact regarding inspections and estimates. They were all accommodating to the timeline and were able to schedule on very short notice. I very much appreciated the connections JoJo has with so many local businesses. It was extremely helpful.
