She was always available to answer any questions we had, and if not available to take our call, she got back to us in a very timely manner. She directed us in setting a marketable price that we were happy with, and we received an offer pretty close to our asking price within a few days of our home being on the market. She made the process of selling our home very smooth for us and even helped the purchaser gather information to complete the sale.
