Joann was my realtor 5 years ago and found us the perfect home. I was very impressed with her and how professional and attentive she was in the process. When we made the decision to move back to Michigan from Tennessee we wanted to find a realtor that knew the area and could help with construction questions for a new home. We contacted JoAnn Heller to get some ideas and talk about a development she represented in the Monroe area. We soon learned that the help we were looking for was going to be good. Our questions were answered quickly and in detail. Because of that we ended up buying a lot and are now on our way to building a new home. Since we were still not in Michigan Joann kept us informed on all the details for closing before we moved. She took care of the coordination between two closings so when we finally moved everything was in order for us when we arrived back in Michigan. She set up two meetings with the builder so we could outline all the necessary details to begin construction. Her knowledge of building and ideas for construction are spot on , something you need when considering to build. With construction about to begin JoAnn still works with us to be sure the coordination between us and the builder stays on track.
