We are so happy we found Joann! Before finding Joann we had been locked into a contract with a company that advertised “guaranteed offer” up front. We could not wait to get out of that contract after receiving only super low offers. We are so thankful we called Joann when the contract was over. We drove to Clarksville to show her the house and literally two days later she had us an offer that was actually more than we were asking for! Not only did she have that offer….she had a second offer for the amount we were asking! We were shocked how fast Joann sold our house ! We know she really worked hard to sell it in 2 days. We wish we had called Joann to begin with instead of making the mistake of going with the other company first. We live out of state and she made everything simple for us by doing all our paperwork online. My husband was in Germany for work and we were able to both sign everything needed to get us to closing without waiting until he got home. We highly recommend anyone looking to sell their home/property quickly and at a good price to contact Joann! We were truly blessed to have found her and our only regret is that we did not call her to sell our house to begin with!

She is the most professional and kind person. She treats you like family and is not fake nor trying to impress you with fantasy. She is honest and direct and looks out for you like a momma. She truly is a great agent and even a better person.
