Kind, knowledgeable, and honest

Our family had a great experience with Mrs. JoAnn Deville! We looked at 14 homes over a two and a half year span, and she never gave up on us. We brought kids and/or in-laws with us to showings and sometimes we had very specific windows of time available to schedule showings due to work/school schedules, but she was always patient with us. Mrs. JoAnn has a lot of experience with real estate, and she would help us look for potential issues with a home that might cause us future trouble versus just trying to make a sale. She was very open and honest about the asking price of any house we viewed and would give her opinion on if it was reasonable, or if the seller was asking too much for the property. It would've been to her benefit if we had just paid a higher price, but she was looking out for our best interests. We would definitely use Mrs. JoAnn's services again and recommend her to friends and family looking to buy or sell a home!
