From the start to signing she manages the whole process. He has a many years of experience and it really shows. We had to perform multiple repairs to the house that required appointing contractors for estimates and she handles all of this advising you every inch of the way. She makes multiple visits to the house for inspections during the repair process. All the contractual agreements were done via email so you never have to leave home to complete the legal and paperwork process. Can not say enough how easy she made the whole process. We have worked with Joann for an investment property and then a year later for a home. During both shopping periods she was very attentive in sending properties within our budget. Her communication was amazing! She texted us when we were busy (our request) and called when we were able to talk. When requesting to view homes she kept us informed and booked the 1st availability that was in line with our availability. Any questions we had or information we didn’t understand Joann made sure our questions were answered promptly along with us understanding the process. We met Joann in 2021, we knew we wanted to buy a house but wasn’t sure if we wanted a family home or an investment property. Well, Joann didn’t make us decide. Instead she sent properties that fitted both criteria of an investment and a family home. She ensured we were comfortable and well aware of what our options were. Communication: Joann is amazing with communication, she would always answer our calls or call back within an hour. She also utilized text per our request because a long phone call is not always an option with our schedule. Viewing of homes: Joann was able to get us a viewing for homes on the same day for majority of the homes. If not the same day, we were able to go the next day. However, none of our request went unanswered. Negotiations/offer Joann let us run the show but she made us aware of our rights and gave us opinions based on the current competition. But, she always made sure we were comfortable with the offer and that we understood everything. Closing: Once we got to closing she made sure we understood everything. Some things we truly didn’t understand but she had no problem breaking it down for us. Overall: Joann is an honest realtor and truly wants her clients to love their new home. She is not out to make a quick sale because she knows that this is a large investment for her clients and she does not rush the process.
