Communication lacking

We were selling my parents home in Bell Mountain Ranch so we thought since Joan lived there she would be a good fit. Since we moved out of the state I was relying on her team to keep me abreast of the status of things. We had a offer- the day before it was supposed to close I got a quick email telling me to release funds - never a call to tell me what happened with the sale. There were so many communication issues I can't list them all. We never felt like we were top priority. Luckily, the house sold on almost the last day of our contract with Joan but the entire time of the contract was stressful. If you want an agent to communicate with you I would chose someone else.
