Joan is more than we ever expected a realtor to be. She and her team are extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Joan is kind and so very approachable. Joan goes the extra mile , in fact, she brought in a bed for my husband to sleep on after the furniture was moved. He stayed behind to finish tax season and waited for the house to sell. We have had six realtors in our life and no one has been as wonderful and successful as Joan. Her team was always available to turn on it off the lights after a showing. In my opinion that is a real asset.
