If we could give Joan and her group 50 stars out of 5 we would. Selling a home is stressful, especially one in which we've shared so many of life's experiences, grand and sad both. When considering a realtor we never imagined we would make such good friends as well. Joan came to hold our hands and share a lot of hr experiences. She offered to assist with advice when we bought a house out of state. Ashley and Amanda have been spectacular to the point that we share jokes when getting it all done. They, too, understand selling and moving and all that goes with that. They put up with our silly questions and they put up with our frustrations and they always, always, come to our aid when we might be confused or need help. We cannot heap enough praise on them and the staff. Joan was masterful when helping us negotiate the sale and was extremely helpful with resources and contacts to achieve the things one always has to do when selling a home. Her updates are thoughtful and professional all the while being a friend. I could go on and on but I must say I would never choose another realtor or better friend when going through this event in life. And finally I must say that Joan lives what she professes. She doesn't just talk, she walks the walk and she walks the walk right beside us. A very special person who surrounds herself with a very special staff.

From the moment I contacted Joan to list the house to her still sending mail to us after it has been sold, Joan and her team have done an excellent job. We moved before our house was listed and her team handled all the repairs, cleaning, and staging while we were gone. She also guided us through negotiating offers and provided excellent advise.
