Joan was so incredible to our family during the process of buying our first home. We didn't necessarily know what to look for or how to go about the process but she was there for us every step of the way giving guidance. Joan was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and which areas would be best to raise our son in. When we finally found the house we wanted to raise our family in, she made certain that it would be in good shape, and was on top of ensuring repairs that were needed would be fixed so that moving in would be an easy transition for us. She went above and beyond to make our first home buying experience to be a positive one. There was never a time she couldn't answer questions for us or take the time to put our concerns at ease.
