Joan was recommended by a family friend and I couldn't have been happier to have had Joan's help finding my home. Joan offered great advice and insight. She brought peace of mind through this overwhelming process. I had no worries going through the purchasing process. I truly am grateful and cant say enough good things about Joan. She is a lovely woman and an excellent realtor. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy there first home or next home.
