Joan was such a big help along this selling our house journey. Things are all so new and different than the last time we sold a house 17 years ago. This market is fickle these days we needed her help and guidance through the whole process and she was very informative and knowledgeable. We definitely needed to be talked off a ledge more than once and she was there with patience and information. Our house sold very quickly but the process from signing the AOS to the closing was a long road but she navigated us thru.
