Joali is a very professional agent, with experience and knowledge of the areas I was interested in. She responded all my questions, and there were a lot, regarding the neighborhood, the services, the management, the residents, etc. She not only sent the MLS listing as other agents do. She also sent the floor plan to make sure about the view. Joali went to every unit of my interest to take her own photos, always a video and several times, we did a video chat, when I wanted to see certain details. She stood with us in various situations regarding cancellations, non cooperative tenants or brokers, and would call several times until she had an answer, either under contract, sold or available. She also has experience regarding all the paperwork, contracts, associations, applications, etc. She walked us through all the process. We would talk on weekends or late at night, she is very sedulous. I take this opportunity to thank her again for her help, she worked about 4 months until we got what we wanted!
