Jo is the most attentive real estate agent I have ever had. She goes above and beyond the average agent. We started the house hunting process in the first part of 2019. Jo was there with ideas, concerns, questions and answers. She took the time to find out/question what we were wanting and needing so she could tailor her search to our specifications. We were very peculiar with our needs because of a desire for room to have animals and a shop for cars to be worked on. Jo was able to find homes for us to view and was always the first to begin picking up on problems that would cost us later if we bought the property. We decided to buy land and build a house. Jo was there through all the good the bad and the mental breakdowns. I would not have wanted any other agent to have been through this with us.
