She advocated on our behalf, responded to us and kept us updated in a timely manner and was always respectful and professional. It's a pet peeve of mine when I ask someone a few questions and they don't take the time to read my message thoroughly and only respond to one or sometimes none of my questions, wasting my time by having to go back and forth multiple times just to get 2 or 3 questions answered. Jo-El was always complete and thorough in her responses and proactive in being on top of tasks before I even made a request. We can't recommend her highly enough!
