Mrs. Jo Ann is extremely knowledgeable on the local housing market, trends, and the atmospherics of different neighborhoods and developments, helping you to find the perfect match for your family's needs and wants. She is very helpful, provides great tips and advice, but definitely is not pushy and does not make you feel pressured into buying a particular property. She is very patient, reliable, and always very timely and responsive to texts, calls, and questions. She also has a reliable network of knowledgeable inspectors, contractors, loan officers, and title companies if you need references.
