Excellent service from JoAnn. Responsive to requests and good overall knowledge of market. Only suggestion is to have firm provide more assistance to buyers in securing homeowners insurance. This is challenging to buyers because of state of insurance in California, where sometimes as is my case the regular carrier does not write insurance there. The one referral they made was unresponsive and of no help and only prolonged the process. I ended up securing coverage on my own after referral by selling agent.
