Words can’t explain what having an agent like Joann means. When she takes over in the process she’s a mighty force to be reckoned with and she gets you sold and bought before you know what happened. She was everywhere we went to buy a house and all we had to do was look and she handled all the work and negotiations. I would recommend Joann every day to anyone for their buying and selling experience.
