As out-of-town buyers, we appreciated the fact that Brie was on our side. At one point, she jumped in her car and drove to Arvada from Erie to talk to the sales rep in person when we almost lost our lot and before the price went up again. Brie helped us stay calm when things weren't easy, and we knew that she always had our best interests in mind. Plus, part of her commission was donated to charity. It was a win-win overall!
