This is the second time we hired Jinger Cutting. On the first house she sold for us, she actually sold it for more money than we thought we would receive for the house. She goes above and beyond when she sells a house. She listens to whatever you have to say or wish to talk about. She is available anytime for questions or concerns you might have and answers in a comprehensive detailed way. If she does not know the answer, she tells you she will find out and get back to you. Any concerns (like getting boxes to pack) she will go out of her way to help. She has a very large network of people she can contact whenever necessary. We would definitely use Jinger again if we were selling another house.
