We wanted someone that knew the area, understood the demographics of Prescott, and that would listen to us and understand what we had done to our home. Several agents wanted to list our home for 30 to 40 thousand less than what we wanted for a quick sell. Jinger came in looked closely, listened to everything we had done, documented everything, and listed the home correctly on MLS. We were under contract in 10 days (for a few dollars under asking price)! Jinger and Henry made what could have been a very arduous experience one that was very pleasant.
