this is the first time i bought the house and it is my luck to work with Jin. He is helpful and tried his best to help me to negotiate the house and benefit me the most. not only that, he helped me in many things that i have no idea like inspection the house, got home warranty, and any paperwork that i have no idea after moving into the house. We sought Jin's help on October 2019 to sell our home in College Park in Chino and we're so glad we did!! We were worried that our house would be sitting for months since the holidays were around the corner but thanks to Jin and his expertise, we were able to sell in the less than two months! Moving is always stressful and with a toddler and another one on the way I was anticipating the worst. But Jin was able to ease some of the stresses and concerns we had. From the beginning he made sure our needs and goals were being met. From the preparation of our home for the open house to the negotiations with the seller and to looking at new houses Jin gave us his "personal concierge service!" When I would tell our friends and family of the service we received from him they all say "I never knew of a realtor that does that!" He made sure sold the house for the amount that we wanted and not a penny less! When helping us move into our rental home it was tough and all the houses we liked got snatched up quick and we were down to the wire before we had to move out. Jin was so kind to take his time to meet us to look at more properties on Thanksgiving Day--Thanksgiving Day!!
