this is the first time i bought the house and it is my luck to work with Jin. He is helpful and tried his best to help me to negotiate the house and benefit me the most. not only that, he helped me in many things that i have no idea like inspection the house, got home warranty, and any paperwork that i have no idea after moving into the house. We have had the following interactions: • Jin met with us to discuss options for purchasing a second home. He took the time to thoroughly review our situation and provided insightful that allowed us to make an informed decision (at no charge). • While living in Northern California in 2018, we sold our home to next door neighbor so did not use a realtor but, from Southern California, Jin thoroughly reviewed the purchase agreement and all related documents to ensure everything was above board. His fee was extremely fair (especially compared to a local agent and an attorney who each quoted exorbitant fees). • With goal to moving Southern California after selling our home, Jin served as our buying agent. For 7 weekends, we flew down to So Cal and Jin treated us like we were his only clients. He spent all day, Saturday and most Sundays, showing us properties until we were able to find the home that best fit our needs at the time. • In 2019, we decided to sell our condo to purchase a single story home. Jin served as our selling agent and, again, treated us as if we were his only client. He ensured our condo was staged beautifully and aggressively marketed which resulted in our condo selling above the listed price. • Currently, Jin is serving as our buying agent as we purchased a new Lennar home that is currently under construction. Jin was awesome from beginning to end. In fact, he was so good to my family that we went with him when we bought our first home and then called him back up when it was time to sell that home and get our second home! Jin was patient with us and explained everything that we needed help with. He was persistent in advocating for us, getting us the best deal in purchasing a home and getting us a solid buyer.
