Jimmy helped us with selling and buying our home. We are not very familiar with the Real Estate world, but he was there to guide us. When we first met with Jimmy, we told him our plans of selling our current home in order to buy our forever home. He was very attentive and he answered all our questions. We can tell he was very knowledgeable. He advised us on what we can do to help prepare our home for Open House. When we were finally ready to put our home on the market, the process was fast! Before the end of the week, we chose our buyer and we were in escrow by the following week. My husbad and I have very busy schedules with work and kids, but Jimmy helped ensure that our home selling journey was smooth. Here’s the thing… I’ve exchanged multiple properties with multiple “good” realtors, so the bar was set high for Jimmy. Already knowing Jimmy and his innate characteristics of being organized, thorough, and an effective communicator, I knew he could get the job done. What I didn’t know was how he pulled off the deal within 4 days, got me a competitive mortgage rate (June 2022), and came in 12k below my targeted price. Jimmy is the guy that goes above and beyond by doing proper research and thinking of all possible scenarios to have multiple game plans/strategies.
