I definitely recommend Jimmy for your home search as he is an excellent agent and comes with plenty of knowledge and input if you are looking to purchase a home. Throughout our new construction process, he took care of the difficult details and provided us with timely updates and explained everything we needed to know thoroughly. In addition, he asked questions to the builders that we as buyers didn't consider but they were pretty crucial to know. He wasn't pushy and always available when we needed him. This was my second time going through the home purchase process and first time having Jimmy and this time around it wasn't as stressful. Highly encourage him to help for your next home purchase!

I would say Jimmy did a good job. A time when Houses were very limited and were selling fast. We did eventually find the house we wanted and overall we are very happy. He is always available to look at houses whenever we wanted and accomadated our schedule. He understood how the seller thinks, which is great in a competitive sellers market gives us an advantage. He did a decent job when it came to communication however there is room for improvement. Overall I only have good things to say about Jimmy. He is a cool dude to be around, good friend. Thanks Jimmy.
