Jimary is an excellent wonderful real estate agent. She is reliable and knowledgeable and take her time to get me the home that I really want.

This included the contract, walk-through details and repairs, and final closing. She is very knowledgeable about the market and home pricing, and was very helpful when purchasing a new construction home. I highly recommend her if you want someone to fight for you!

Very professional, very attentive to giving the best service to customers

I needed a home that was available to be occupied quickly. I was not local. Her knowledge of the process was excellent. Her support when the first round of house hunting didn’t provide “the one” was greatly appreciated. That afternoon round two was underway, a potential home was found and she was instrumental in navigating through that process. She had resources that allowed me to hire people quickly. She asked questions that I hadn’t thought of. She communicated with me through the whole process, and made sure I was comfortable reaching out to her with any questions. It didn’t stop there!! When we were facing our first hurricane, she called to make sure we had a plan. She did the same for the second one. And she is still available for a quick question 6 months later! She is amazing!!!

Jimary listed our house and we had three offers the next day. She was a consummate professional and stayed on top of every detail to get us to closing on time. When my contracted workers were taking too long to get a job done, she would find someone to complete the work at the last minute. When financial appointments would get dropped or changed, she would call and get things back on track. She really was a delight to work with.
