We were originally were going to sell our house 'by owner' so we didn't lose money to an agent. Jim listed it higher than we had put it, got a successful bid within a week, and still made us more than we were originally asking! He helped us by giving us pointers on what to fix to make the house sell faster. It worked! If I need an agent for a future house I will definitely be using him!
